Well that actually would make a bit of sense. Other meals I’ve had that have the same kind of reaction would be high fat as well but interestingly it usually involves red meat like steak, roast beef and burgers especially. Same question stands though, any tips for dealing with it? I don’t eat them that often and for that reason I don’t want to stop eating them altogether. I’ve always been of the opinion that I’ll eat what I want to and find a way to adjust my dosing accordingly. However I’m finding it hard to manage these.
