I'm gonna start exercsing again in the new year and am thinking of trying protein shakes, I exercise after my evening meal so will have the protein shake after exercising, would like to add a bit of carb into the shake, like a banana and some frozen berries, read some other posts about shakes and some mention soya and tofu both i don't like, what type of protein powder should i get? I want to lose weight and tone up my muscles.
I wait for Holland and Barrett sales and buy Fortress whey protein powder. I get the vanilla and can use this in low carb baking. I really like their Very Berry but it has 9g of carb a scoop compared to the Body Fortress stuff which is 2g a scoop.
