Have you been diagnosed with diabetes and then found out you have PTSD

Is there a link between gulf war syndrome and diabetes?
 
Not proven, but, any stress does affect blood sugar levels in diabetics and has also been a theorised "trigger" for diabetes.

If you already had PTSD it can bring diabetes on as can aggravate the underlying condition I had PTSD for years before developing diabetes.
