Low Carb eating is literally a life saving way to live- it even improves your mitochondria or DNA, where cancer lurks. Thank you to the Forum for guiding me to this info. Nb Steve Bennett gives a very compelling view on avoiding addiction when eating. I am definitely going to follow him up,
