Just a little FYI, if you like (or used to like!) Sugar Puffs, you can buy 'Puffed Wheat' which tastes the same (in my opinion!) but only 11g carbs per serving it's really light too so you get loads per serving  not sure if 11g is low enough for low carbers but it seemed quite low to me??
So perhaps not quite as yummy as Sugar Puffs as they are not coated in that sugary sweet glaze but I really like the wheaty flavour and was surprised at how low in carbs they are per bowl add a sprinkle of Splenda on top or a drizzle of honey and a lovely breakfast
15g, which seems small I know but the puffs are light so you get a decent amount as I'm not that fussed about low carbing, I go mad and have 20g but I'm just excited as I think they taste nice and thought I should spread the word

Yes they are light, I would imagine a 20g portion would be quite a bowl full, they do sound nice, who's make are they, and more importantly...................where do you buy them!
OMG - I forgot all about these! - used to eat them loads when I was on WW diet many moons ago - they are very light and you get a bucketful for your "money" - I am going to give them a go when I go for the shopping - I will volunteer to be the guinea pig and report back on my findings
who makes them? hmmm, now you're asking......think it's Quaker?? You can buy them at Tesco and I'm sure they are available at all good food retail outlets
