Pump end

It has taken me at least 20 mins to get through to the support team So just hang in there.
If your pump is making noises like that then you have a major problem brewing and need it changed before it dies on you.
 
Gonna try and ring again tomorrow.
 
Got through to Animas.....a new pump will be here Wednesday

Glad to hear it. Another option would be to text your Animas rep or ring him/her and they will sort it for you if you ever have another problem.
 
Well pump arrived Tuesday
It is faulty, screeching on rewind etc...DSN said it didn't sound right.
Spent another hour on the phone to technical to sort another
The rep didn't help much he said ring the uk number which I did, they could not do anything about it
Although the u.s people are really nice
Received another today, this one seems ok.

Fingers crossed
 
I get my pump at the end of this month/1st October and my DSN's have stated that this is funded for 4 years by them. Not sure what happens after that!!
