Pump issue

Has this happened to anyone else before?I phoned up air liquide to order some parts and asked when my pump is up for renewal as i was told by my dsn that she thought it was some time in October but not exactly sure when. I was shocked when I was told it's due to expire at the end of March as she said although I never started on the pump until October 22 they go by the date it was purchased which was March 22. So that was a nice bit of good news for a change as i can't wait to get a different pump and hopefully I'll be getting the omnipod 5
