Pump Therapy

I was on the pump and found it to be really brilliant. The cannula never fell out, even when twisted in the funkiest way during the night if you are a tosser and turner like me! I regular would also forget about it when getting out of bed and it would swing out and smash into the wall and survive! I mostle wore it clipped to the inside of my waistband but have been known to clip it to socks inside boots (which you need the longer line for) and various parts of my bra.
It gave me much better control and the bolus wizard which you can use to enter your bm and cho's then works out your insulin to the exact point, hence the tighter control.

The only thing I didn't like about it was that it can only come off for an hour at most, which when you have kids that like being in a swimming pool for as long as possible isn't convenient. Also, it gets tricky on holidays when you want to be sunbathing and in and out the water. But those inconveniences were outweighed by the benefits.

The only reason I am not on it now is because it wasn't compatible with some other issues I have that are very unlikely to affect most users.
