Pump Upgrade

I am currently using the Accu-Chek Spirit Combo pump and am going to be upgraded to the Insight. Has anyone else done this and if so what can I expect in terms the differences - good or bad. Any comments generally regarding the Insight pump & its infusion sets etc would be helpful.
