Pumps and paddling pools?!

Hi guys,
This is our first summer pumping and I was wondering what you lot do when it's time to get the paddling pool out? My LO is 2 1/2 so will be in and out most of the day.
Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Medtronic 640, I know it's splash proof but definitely not paddling pool proof!!

I went swimming with mine and it was swimming pool proof, so I reckon it would be paddling pool proof.

Hiya. Try putting a scrunchie around their arm to cover it as this worked for us whilst on holiday
