Again a funny question , as usual from me .
im putting the down to my age 84, but everything i cook tasts horrible, however long I take or however we’ll I follow the recipe, so I’m wondering about trying the keto made meal plan , ( find the low carb controls both the diabetes and my diverticulitis)
my long winded question is has anyone tried these meals ?

Any further info on what they are, @Thornliebank ?
I mean where are they from?
I can only guess they will be more expensive than home made equivalent. Also, are they providing a set menu, or do you get to choose?

Sorry if I an matching your ‘funny question’ with a collection of my own. Just curious, as a recent accident has made it a bit difficult for me to cook from scratch, so could use the info on easy alternatives.

Lytham st Anns is where their made , I just put In search ,ready made low carb meal , I've sent a message asking all those questions , as to me it seems like plans made up ,but looks like they change , but will wait till I get more info and come back to you.i

It looks as though there isn’t a choice. It is a set menu. At £90 , it is a bit expensive.
I think I will stick to sitting in the kitchen, and bossing Mr Pipp about how to prepare the keto / low carb foods I like best.

I’ve used those in the past for a few weeks, they are made by someone who does keto themselves and they make meals that they eat. They are the closest you’ll get to real keto fresh meals on line, like @Pipp saud they are expensive but it depends what you want from a service.

I used to get the 5 day lunch & dinner only which reduces the price a bit, you can put in a little box asking for a swap if there’s a meal you don’t like and they send you a replacement. I think they have a 4 week menu cycle so it’s not the same every week.

I always enjoyed the food as it was home cooked. I used to add a bit of extra veg to the dinners to bulk them out a bit. Their cakes are nice too!

Want to say I have no affiliation with this company I just used them for a good while for a time in my life when I needed to have food “ready” Their customer service is excellent and as a chef myself founds the meals quite good. There’s no subscription or tie in and they don’t pester you so you can stop start anytime. You need some freezer space though because they are fresh you need to freeze a few of them on receipt

Thanks yes , I’ve heard back from them and everything as you say ,I might give them a month trail next month if still ,
not cooking well,
thanks for your info very helpful from someone whose eaten them, maybe I’m just being lazy , just need to think about it
