So getting used to stuff I need to stay away from ice always had a on off relationship with Quorn and having flicked through the msgs there's not much about it... On a normal diet or as everyday meal it's suppose to be good for you (gorgeous in Shepards pie!) but does it effect anything to do with any effects with diabetes?

As long as you avoid the Quorn that has been breaded, battered or wrapped in pastry, it should not affect your blood sugars, but as with all foods, best to test.
