Ramble about weight loss, fasting, waist measurement, fat on the inside and more

Another update:

I've been tinkering around with alcohol consumption.
Moderate (one glass of wine or one glass of beer) plus a single malt snifter last thing at night doesn't seem to have a negative impact on my BG or weight.
However I do notice that I don't seem to sleep as deeply or for as long if I have a drink in the evening.

Beer at lunchtime seems to be working so far. Not one for those working or planning to drive in the afternoon, though.
