before we start, 2 miles walked, i lasted just 45 minutes before i felt unsteady, please do not state i need food because if i need food just for a 2 mies walk thats miles within my range i would need a tesco truck following me.
My body i ripping down my bloods so fast. just a mile in and 3.9 from 8.6 some 30 minutes earlier at home, all normal issues started to show, some shaking but more of he unsteady, light concentration issues and slurring my speech, had to turn round and head back and could feel it holding, going no lower, as soon as i stopped it shot back up to 5.7
this has been going on for so many years it has destroyed my quad muscles, the pain from them is unreal as they stop working, providing no power to walk.
