RANDOM blood glucose test

I had this test done in a blood test because i was slightly worried i had diabetes
The result was fine , 4.9 (Normal but low if anything)
If my result was this normal would it rule out diabetes or do i need to have more accurate tests?
Also had normal urine dipstick test and finger prick test
