Speaking of the good old bacon and egg choice for breakfast what is the best medium for frying same?
My wife and I are wavering between butter, lard or rapeseed oil
Total transparency, she no like lard, I no like rapeseed oil, but the real question is, which is better for you?
I don't touch it....hard to say how much of this type of analysis is really valid, but since I have so many other options, I just don't buy it. I use lard, avocado oil, butter, olive oil, goose fat etc.
Only one safe oil and that is fresh, extra virgin olive oil. And occassionally coconut oil (the hard white stuff at room temperature, not the liquid one)
