Hi all,

My friends had been taking a raspberry keatone supplement before meals for over a month now, and has lost a fair bit of weight. She said they are really good to help with long term weight loss goals.

I am not overweight, but would like to loose a couple if pounds, that I have dieted to get rid of for over two years. I've tried slimming world, weight watchers, Rosemary Connelly, slim fast, Atkins etc etc, and I cannot shift the last few pounds. I exercise 5 times a week, so I am pretty healthy.

I am wondering if they are safe for diabetics to take? Also if anyone has tried this what has their success been? My friend is swearing by them, so I am tempted to give them a go.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Cheers

I guess this must be the newest, "latest and greatest" weight loss product as there have been another couple of threads about it this week.

Your friend may be losing weight, but I'd be very surprised if the raspberry ketones are the reason, though I guess it's possible.

There is no research that backs any of the claims about the supplement as explained in this article: http://authoritynutrition.com/do-raspberry-ketones-work/

Hi,

I have done my research, many say they are a placebo, other say that it boots metabolism etc. They do say Raspberries are a superfood, so if that is true then the keatone may have some health benefits. The research does not state whether they are safe for diabetics, I have looked high and low., so that is my main question really.

As for my friend, she has visibly lost weight, but I am skeptical, but I also want to keep an open mind.

Thanks for the info, I'll take a look

They made me feel awful , so much so that I only took them for 3 days
My bs went haywire , I felt anxious and jittery. I wouldn't recommend taking them.

Try green tea ( not the super diet ones or green coffee they made me feel the same as raspberry ketone ) and aloe vera colon cleanse ( very gentle).
