I have found just recently that I need to increase my ratios from a 1:1 to maybe a 2.3; 1 at work, even though I have the same lunch everyday, and I don't understand the reason, because on the weekends I can have the same lunch and my sugars be Witin range, does anybody else have the same trouble with ratio,s
its just weird because, I am on my feet at work, walking about and what have you, I do tend to go on my 1 hour walks everyday, and in the main it keeps my sugars stable, but as soon I miss a days walk my sugars tend to creep up again.
My ratios are different at each meal. 1.5:1 at breakfast, 0.5:1 at lunch,1:1 at dinner and 0.75:1 at bedtime for my nightcap drink!!! Sometimes hard to remember all of them!!!!
