I'm thinking of doing aquarobics in the New YearYes you are doing well @KimG . Don't worry about it, this is a marathon not a sprint. My weight loss has slowed down from the first three months. I put it down to getting a bit complacent after my 3 month retest, and I'm drinking more red wine most nights now, and not walking as much as I did for first 3 months.
I'm not going to stress about it. I might even start gaining weight in this Christmas season, but will work on weight loss and healthy eating more in the New Year. I might even join a gym!
Hope soThat sounds like a good idea. With any luck it will jumpstart your metabolism
Thank you for that. I'll try the fasting. My clothes are starting to look rather big for me lol. I've got a few clothes that will do for now, and will buy some new ones next spring. My shape is changing too. I've still got loads to lose to get back to 10.5 stone. I'm doing it stone by stone. I'm not giving up. I might also cut down my carbs for a while.Snap. My weight loss did the same after losing about 3st and a few pounds. I have started doing 24 hour fasts, in order to jump start it, as I would like to lose a further 8-10 pounds.
However I have noticed that I am feeling thinner recently even though the weight loss has stopped, and I have had to buy a new belt and also my 34" waist trousers now feel looser, so although the weight loss has stopped my body is still changing for the better.
I also have a theory, probably nonsense, but I was this weight (12st) for many years from my mid twenties until about forty, so I think that this maybe my bodies "preferred" weight. I also noticed that the other time my weight loss also stalled I was at a weight where I had been for a decade or so previously.
