the reading was at 15:30, I had 2 slices of granary bread with lean ham, tomato, cucumber and lettuce sandwiches at 13:00, followed by a large orange and a raspberry muller light yoghurt (low fat), swilled down with a small cup of black decaf coffee.
Nothing unusual health wise, as for weight loss, since starting on the tablets on April 14 this year i have lost between 2 and 3 pounds each week, even when on holiday in Tenerife for a week !!!!.
Down to 12st 3 lbs (3 stone in total since the start of the year) :clap:
I know I have not posted on here before, but it is nice to know that support is at the end of a keyboard.
