It means that if the information you gave in your post is correct then there has been a stunning drop in the numbers. If you continue like that and have another Hba1c test four weeks after the last one then you can expect it to be 48 and that one after that very low indeed.

Phew! Thank you. I have been working very hard on it and apart from a couple of wobbles I thought I was going to halve my numbers by the next test which I should have in the next few days. Halve the 98, I mean or as close to half as makes no difference. No wonder the DN was full of praise!
