This was a recipe book published before the discovery of insulin.Very old fashioned now but a lot of low carb recipes in it.Also look in the recipes section on this forum.

This site is American but does have some good ,modern recipes.

Dave if I can just butt in here, have a look at the books by Dr Charles Clark, they have a recipe section to start you off and of course there are some good recipes in this forum and online, print them and make your own recipe book as well.
