just thought i would share these words, with you i received by email today , hope you like

Two heaped cups of patience, One heartful of love, Two handfuls of generosity One headful of understanding and a dash of humour. Sprinkle with kindness, add plenty of faith and mix well, Spread over a period of a lifetime and serve to everyone you meet.

If only everyone in the world followed these words the world would be a lovely place to live - still those of us who can can apply these words and maybe where we live will become a much happier place. Thankyou for that Jeenie.

Thanks for sharing this and it inspired me. Yeah, if every body would just try to follow those, then we can live our life to the fullest without any worries and angst.
