Recipe suggestions!!

I love greek salad, as others have said check BG levels before and after. Bulk out the meal with extra salad leaves and its very filling. If you are buying olives check the carb levels first, the ones with sundried tomatoes do have higher levels than plain olives, the ones in oil are tastier (makes a ready made salad dressing) and helps keep the fat level up.
 
I don't like anything sun dried so it'll always be in Oil or brine. Thank you for your suggestion.
 
I would add fresh basil leaves and water cress
