Reduced glucose level

My fbg this morning is 6.4 Reading 2hrs after bf of oats(porridge), one boiled egg & peanuts 5.5 I need explanation from members on the reason for the reduced sugar level.
 
The 6.4 reading was probably due to the Dawn Phenomena. This raised level is the bodys way of getting us kick started for the day ahead.

Hi. A bit late in giving you a response but If I eat as soon as I wake my sugar levels stay steady or fall. If I don't have breakfast they rise until I eat.
