Remembering dose

I use insulin pens 4 times a day novo rapid and levimer. It is so routine I often can't remember if I've injected or not- and how much.
I'm too chaotic to manage making notes or to organise elastic bands etc. I want a pen that remembers for me.
Any ideas? Thanks

Hi Philip and welcome to the forum

Ask your Dr for a couple of NovoPen Echo pens - they give a dose and time memory on them. If you are currently using Flexpens then you would need to change your prescription to NovoRapid and Levemir penfill cartridges.

Many thanks, I'll try both those ideas. I'm also planning to get a Cgm which look very useful - although expensive.

I was thinking it would actually be useful if the pens had a "Bluetooth" facility that transmitted the dose dialled and injected to the Diaconnect app I use..?
