Remission

I followed the blood sugar diet and for 8 weeks lived on 800 calories of low carb healthy fat food. I dropped 15 Kg in weight and 4 inches off the waist.

I am currently following a very low carb diet - 20 g and less per day. I want to lose another 6 Kg. I haven’t felt as good for many years. I walk 8-10 km per day and also try to get to the gym 3 or 4 times a week.

I really don’t want to go back to my previous carb laden diet.

I really need to try headspace out. I know stress and almost constant long haul travel are taking their toll on me.
