Repetitive oral thrush

Hi i am new here and not sure where and how to post yet, hope this is right. I am having recurrent oral thrush , this time nearly 2 weeks and it's affecting throat. feel docs are not taking me seriously. gels and tjings to drop on tongue etc not working, advice and if antibiotics would do the trick? My blood sugar has always been stable despite getting this often in past although never kasted this long.I donwonder if it could be linked to gluten allergy also.

I am quite a new diabetes type 2. I dont test often except blood tests through my doctor.
As i am anxious person been advised not too.
