Request for a survey for diabetes type 2 application

I would like to post a survey on the forum to gather user requirements for a diabetes type 2 mobile phone application that will be designed aiming to facilitate in diabetes self-management. The research is being conducted as part of the dissertation project for the MSc Management of Information Technology at the University of Nottingham. I'm not able to communicate with the admin how can i get permission to run this survey ?
