Research Help!

Hey, I'm currently doing dissertation research into diabetes which requires people to fill out a questionnaire looking at different behaviours and how it influences your experience with diabetes. Thanks for the reply, I am researching the effect of health behaviours on the treatment satisfaction, treatment adherence and quality of life of those diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. I require participants diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes over the age of eighteen. Your help would be much appreciated!
