Results today

Just been to see the nurse for my results and all good BG averaging 6.0 kidney liver function and BP perfect but my cholesterol still a bit more than they like but said not enough to worry about. She would however like me to try and eat a bit more as my appetite has been really small since I have been on the Metformin. I was never overweight to start with but I have lost weight since I haven't been eating so much.

I take 500mg of the slow release twice a day my doctor cut it down from the 2000mg I was taking she does say any dosage of Metformin is better than none at all as it does protect the heart
