Hi. I‘ve had type 1 for 13 years. My retinopathy screening results have always been ok, until my recent one, which just says “changes”, but what does this actually mean? I’m also concerned as to how long these changes have arisen, as my last screening was in 2018 (they missed me in 2019, and when I realised, and thought to chase it up, covid hit us….) Any information would be appreciated, thanks.
