So here goes, initially when the doctors told me I was prediabetic my levels were 6.4. I was stressed, sad and disappointed. I've done research for the past few months learning about diabetes, and I realized what works for some people don't work for others. I cut out junk food completely (ok I had a slice of pizza once or twice) but for the most part I was completely done. I cut out sugar, pop etc. Occasionally I would have whole grains. I was having weird symptoms and went to the doctor thinking at this point I'm full blown diabetic. The doctor did a random blood test and my levels had dropped down to 5.6, I'm still in shocked but so happy. Which eating right and watching my carb in take I was able to get my levels back down.
God is so good! God knows how hard I've been trying, and now my reward is being free of high sugar levels
