hi all, haven't posted for ages as i've been doing ok, but still enjoying the threads, however i have been getting headaches, or rather, a pain which feels like someone is pressing their finger on the right side of my head between my eye and ear but further up. i realise i have had them for a while but mostly they don't require pain relief. i waited till i had my eye checks and they were ok at hospital and optician, also last hab1c was 6.1. on no diabetic meds. did go to the on call doc one day when they were bad and he prescribed painkillers for 1 month. (strong ones) it was ok then but later came back. now i wonder if it could be the ramipril i was prescribed by the diabetes doc. i have to take it because a small amount of protein was found once in my urine, so it is supposed to prevent kidney disease. i stopped taking statins because they gave me severe side effects, whichever ones i took. i told him they made my life hell and he said that is ok, it is your choice. do i go back and question the ramipril? are some people more sensitive to medication. i will make an appointment but just wonder if anyone had the same experience?
thanks,
anne
