Rest in peace Tommy Green.

I don't know if anyone else has seen this, but this uni student's life was taken by type 1 diabetes when he was suffering from a sickness bug. Please support #dabfortommy & #dabfordiabetes

It's tragic and terrifying. There have been a lot of posts about it on the parents of diabetics forums on Facebook. My children have dabbed for Tommy tonight.

Tommy was a close friend of mine from Secondary school, and I'm going to miss him greatly, lit my candle for him tonight. However, it's great to see how far widely his story has spread, maybe there'll be some good which comes from a tragic situation.
