Roche account?

As far as I know, the hospital pump dsn will set up an account for you but this can take a few days so you should
have been given enough sets, cartridges to tie you over until you know what your account no is.

You may be able to place an order with Roche over the phone though, if you tell them your situation as the pump rep will have notified Roche that you have got a pump.

If you telephone Roche, they'll ask you for your pump's serial number, then they'll give you your account number. Don't worry , it is really very easy!
