Rude Pharmacist

If this is a professional [pharmacist] who has spoken to you in this way, they are quite out of order. If it was myself I would go back to my doctor immediately and tell them of the reaction you had from the pharmacy and how bad it made you feel. Such a pharmacist should not be advising the public in this way n my opinion. The pharmacist in question needs training in customer service/people skills. You don't have to put in a complaint, although I would. But, I would most definitely write to my local CCG [clinical commissioning group] - they need to know about the group of chemists who let staff behave this way. Pharmacies get paid for giving advice - especially their once a year advice - advice needs to be sound - it does not sound as if this pharmacist understands human behaviour. SCORE 0 out of 10. Not every illness can be caused by weight! Even diabetes!
