I know you sign yourself as an x-Carboholic Patch, and i have read many sites which advise against carbs, at least as the majority portion of your diet. I find it very hard not to eat carbs, for many reasons. And I wonder, is it the portion size of carbs that bring the bg high at a relatively larger portion of say, legumes, or is it the fact that carbs are sugars? After all sugars in small quantities are necessary even in diabetics.
