Sauce thickener!

As I have used this for thickening sauces for a long time, it is a perfect way to do so!

Any dried mushroom can be ground to powder and it works a treat to thicken stews and sauces while giving the dish a subtle mushroom flavour.

I use wild mushrooms for extra added flavour.
