It’s been a good week . A month ago at the local farmers market I came across a couple selling venison. The man was a hunter and butcher. I asked him to make some sausage for me with nothing but meat and seasoning. This weekend I collected them. 2 kilos of the tastiest sausage ever. My recommendation is to get to know someone like this.
