The main reason for low carb in gluten free sausages is that to go GF they need to remove the rusk/filler and it is cheaper/easier to replace it with meat. :clap: :clap:Lenny3 said:Hi,

Anyway I like Sausages and have noticed how high teh carb content is in some of them. I have also found that Bratwurst while not tasting exactly the same as a good old british banger seem to be down around the 0.1-0.2g per 100g of carbs, so have been enjoying some of those. Alsi and Asda are I think very tasty.
All I need now is a low carb receipe for my butcher to make up and I will be very happy!
