To all those that say Yuk to Lidl rolls, you can't possibly have tried them sliced and toasted, with lots of butter melting into them. Heaven.
I had them in various guises but, unfortunately, still don't like 'em!!!

Have you tried Tesco's high protein bread?
Yes but that also sends my sugars too high - shame it makes very nice toast. HiLo bread ( available from Sainsburys and maybe elsewhere ) has a less dramatic effect. Livwell bread is ok but doesnt toast very well the toast comes out v drt / tough. I find the toasted lidl rolls better than livlife toast. Both are v seedd low carb but lidl stand up better tontoasting imo

Lidl are great toasted. Bought some more this morning.

You've just made my mind up for breakfast tomorrow.

Cheese on toast. Mmmmm
Asked my doctor once what I could eat on a coach trip. He thought a cheese sandwich would be ideal. That would be a cheese sandwich without the bread of course.

In my opinion the Lidl rolls do need to be cooked in some way , microwaving makes them nice and soft and quite tasty, toasting them is probably the ultimate as they take on a lovely crispiness round the edges. My latest fad is putting them in the oven for a few minutes either with or without a filling. I also get very stressed on the way to the shop in case they haven't got any. A couple of weeks ago they had run out so I asked a member of staff to cook some specially and she fetched a load out of the chiller and popped them in the oven.

Am I the only one on this forum who doesn't like Lidl protein rolls
No .. I have never understood the status that many people demonstrate towards a piece of bread, particularly since, for LCHF/keto, one roll is about half your daily measure of carbs
