Hey DF,
I won't even try with the whole I know what you mean **** since, being a bloke, I clearly couldn't know.
About the only thing I could suggest is that if you are not sure of the best course of action yourself is to speak to your diabetes team.
Specifically see if you can get a dedicated DSN assigned to you that you can call and email to help you out with the decision making. I know that when I have been ill the absolute best thing for me was that I was able to email by logs to me DSN and then call a few hours later and talk it through, discuss my decisions and get a basic sanity check.
I cannot even start to imagine how this would translate to being pregnant since I can only imagine how much the hormonal changes can maje you second guess everything.
First off, from your signature, don't sweat the apparent increase after going to a pump. It is a big change and it all works differently, I suspect you just need more help getting it all ironed out. SO meybe this is something else to raise with the team.
What I would suggest, for now at least, is that you note down in wirting all of your biggest concerns and also note down what you are struggling with. As a side note indicate why. Think about the readings that you have had and note what you expected them to be. Actually being able to record what you expect your BG to bee at the next test when you dose yourself is a useful exercise since it shows what your maths was. If you can see the difference it can help you and your team with working out what corrections you need to make.
Essentially this is the time to perhaps start a much more detailed diary than the thypical DAFNE log since the added information and the commentsd about how you felt and what you were expecting may be much more useful than the simple numbers.
Hope that you start to get the support you need on monday.
All the best
