Hi. I've been diagnosed with T2 diabetes and was just getting my head around that when they found I also have high cholesterol. I've found low cholesterol diet books and recipes that tend to be a bit too carby. Then there are the low carb but sometimes fatty diabetic recipes that are no good for cholesterol.
There is really very little from what I can see that caters to both, and those that are seem to be American based and use unavailable ingredients etc.
Does anyone have any recommendations for where I can find interesting T2/low cholesterol meals ideas that don't involve me living on 'dust!' Thank you!
