I am type 2 diabetic now on semaglutide 1mg weekly and have been on this for 3 months also still on metformin and Gliclazide. The question I have is, is anyone else on this - does the nausea, stomach cramps and general tiredness pass at any stage as I'm struggling with it still. Thanks
