Got well and truly carried away yesterday. Large lunch including bread roll, chips and several glasses of white wine. Followed by watching Mat Whitlock and Andy Murray in the evening accompanied by two glasses of larger and bed late. Final BG reading 9.5.

Fasting reading this morning. 6.5 back to normal for me first thing. Phew.
