Morning everyone,I'm soooo tired all the time my sex life is non existent. I'm on meds for type 2 Metformin.
I feel depressed and stressed,before diagnosis felt ok.Is it all in the mind.
Hi slim girl it's not all in your mind it's all new. There is another thread on here and everyone talks about how tired they feel. I know I personally have to have a cat nap in the day to cope. If your so tired sex I'd imagine in some ways is the last thing you want but it's something you'd like to? I find with sleep it's finding a routine that works for you. For example I'm not a morning person at all I accepted it sleep in more and adjusts working hours around it with a scheduled sleep. I don't want to be a sleep all the time but I think the more I accept it the more energy I have to put into things. Doctors told me to exercise more which I do but personally. I find I nod off after it anyway lol it sounds like your new to diabetes so all I can say to you is it won't be like this forever the key is to find how your body works for you and I find caffeine helpful too lol
