@SaraJD I have 2 red marks - one on each leg. They were diagnosed differently by 2 specialists, but appear to be granuloma annulare. They are a skin infection caused by trauma to the shin (in my case mosquito bites. They are unsightly and are getting larger, but the medication so far has not done anything.
