When you are tagging someone with the @ you have to make sure that you put in the spaces otherwise the tag won't work. To reply to someone you just tap reply under their comment and type away. You'll soon be doing it like a pro.
Agree with not worrying too much about your levels at this moment, not that it's a licence to order a stack of dominos pizza but you can eat to help your body work against the virus. The good news is it's not far off a good low carb menu anyway, so salads, fish, beans etc are on the table. Not to exclude herbs and spices that will bolster your immune system. You can learn so much about keeping yourself fit, when you look back on this you will be rightfully happy in what you have achieved.
