Non diabetic range is below 7.0 mmol/L.
Pre-diabetic is 7.0 - 7.7bmmol/L
Diabetic is above 7.7 mmol/L
So your test would not indicate that you might have diabetes, but you could be pre-diabetic. But as
@Welshman1952 says, a one off bs test isn't going to be 100% accurate. There are a number of factors which can affect the result, including what you have recently eaten, an infection or illness, and stress.
You need to get a full HbA1c test done to know for sure what your bs levels are. Even if you are pre-diabetic you can take action to avoid becoming diabetic by changing how you eat, and exercise. In a way it is good to know if you are pre-diabetic so you can make the necessary changes.
How is it you don't have a GP? If you live in the UK you should be able to register with a GP, and ask for a HbA1c test.
